Partner Agencies

The New Hampshire Food Bank distributes nutritious food and resources to more than 400 partner agencies throughout the state.

Partner agencies include food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, children’s programs, and senior centers who, in turn, distribute to our neighbors in need. This section provides our agencies with the resources necessary while working with the Food Bank.

Want to become a Partner Agency?

  1. Ensure you meet the criteria for membership.
  2. Have your agency director fill out the Application and attach a copy of your 501(c)3 determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service.
  3. Review our Policies & Procedures.
  4. Once your application has been reviewed and approved*, a NH Food Bank staff member will contact you to schedule an on-site inspection of your facility and conduct an orientation for new shoppers. The two-hour orientation covers a general overview of the NH Food Bank and our online ordering system.

*Please note: Due to demand, the time-frame for application review and approval has increased. We appreciate your patience. If you have questions, please contact agencyrelations@nhfoodbank.org.
