During the summer, kids lose access to free and reduced-price school meals over the summer … leaving thousands of families experiencing hunger with difficult choices. Summer is difficult for the New Hampshire Food Bank, too. As I mentioned recently, the need rises dramatically and donations actually decrease during this time.
