Summer is coming and that means thousands of New Hampshire kids will no longer have access to free and reduced-price school meals … leaving families experiencing hunger with difficult choices. When kids aren’t getting meals at school, it places an added burden on household expenses, and the high cost of those extra groceries means many hardworking families may not be able to put food on the table every day.
Summer is difficult for the New Hampshire Food Bank, too. The need rises dramatically but donations actually decrease during this time. Our own resources are stretched to their limit … but you can help change that.
Can you lend your support to New Hampshire kids experiencing hunger by giving to our Summer Meals Matching Gift Challenge?
